		This is a group of fifteen species which are only to be found in the mountains of Irian Jaya and Papua New Guinea, from Aroa River to the Wandammen Mountains. All species have a white or orange proximal area on the fore wing underside, whilst the hind wing underside has a subbasal stripe of either white, yellow or red. Delias callima & telefominensis would, on initial sight, be misplaced in this group. Study of their internal organs is needed to show their true position.
