Notes         :
A remarkable and distinct species. the only Delias to have the forewing cell red. It is included within this group as it would be even more of an outcast in any other. The scent-scale somewhat resembles D. funerea, hence its inclusion here.

This is an extremely rare species, found in very few collections.
