Species details : This is a migratory species, and has only been seen on Samui very occasionally. It is fond of settling on the ground, rather than vegetation.

Larval Foodplant : Dillenia excelsa (Dilleniaceae), Flacourtia rukum, Flacourtia indica (both Flacourtiaceae), Homalium tomentosum (Fagaceae)

Range                    : India to Thailand. Other subspecies from Malaysia, China to several Pacific Islands.
