Species details : Sexes similar.
An uncommon species, but that may be due to its similarity to other members of this genus causing misidentification in the field. Found at the edges of forests and in forest clearings.

Larval Foodplant : Gironniera hirta (Ulmaceae)
Range : S. Burma, peninsular Thailand and Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo. Other subspecies from Nais, Mentawi Islands, Java and Tonkin.
